Fill out the application
Download the assistance application form below or request it from us. Please fill it out completely and attach all relevant documents (e.g. medical certificates, accident reports).
Submit your application
Send the completed form to our office by email or post. Alternatively, you can upload it directly via our website.
Review & processing
We will review your application as quickly as possible. If further information is required, we will contact you.
Receiving support
After reviewing your application, we will inform you of our decision and, if approved, transfer the assistance directly to the specified account.
